Question 1

Does MyCNBox sell the goods on this site?

Accepted Answer

No. MyCNBox is a purchasing agent: it buys from Chinese third-party shops in your name, photographs the parcel in its warehouse, then you book an international SKU. mycnbox.pl is an independent information desk. Orders, payment and claims stay on https://www.mycnbox.com/. The cards on mycnbox.pl are a reading of the finds index, not stock MyCNBox owns. Payment never happens on this hostname.

Question 2

Can I use MyCNBox in a local language?

Accepted Answer

The official app language switcher is independent of this desk. We measured the public site on 2 Oct 2026. Field names in the estimator often stay English even when the chrome is translated. The delivery address must still match Poland. Switching chrome language on mycnbox.pl does not change the official app. Confirm the in-app language the morning you order toward Poland.

Question 3

Why does the catalogue return nothing for local words?

Accepted Answer

The finds index this desk reads is English (sneakers, hoodie, jacket). Local words often return zero cards — that is an English index, not an empty shop. Type the English key. Measured 2 Oct 2026 via /api/products/ on mycnbox.pl. The category wall still exposes the English keys (sneakers, hoodie, jacket) so you can paste them into /api/products/ on mycnbox.pl. Measured 2 Oct 2026.

Question 4

How many times do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Twice: first the goods plus China domestic shipping into the warehouse, later the international line to Poland. Between those payments you can consolidate. This desk never charges you; MyCNBox does, in-app. Warehouse photos sit between the two payments. Do not book international freight to Poland until you have accepted QC in-app.

Question 5

Why does the official site show dollars while this desk shows PLN?

Accepted Answer

On the official SPA the currency switcher has been observed to change the symbol without converting the digits. This desk converts the China warehouse card to PLN as a dated display (X-Rates 2 Oct 2026), not a checkout price. Re-read the number in-app the morning you pay. If the official SPA still prints USD digits after you pick PLN, trust the digits and https://www.mycnbox.com/estimation/, not this HTML. Display rate dated 2 Oct 2026.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Only inside https://www.mycnbox.com/. Typical rails are card, PayPal and balance top-up — confirm in the official FAQ the same day. mycnbox.pl never takes card data and does not store a saved method. Register links on this desk never collect card numbers. Those fields exist only on https://www.mycnbox.com/. mycnbox.pl has no saved method.

Question 7

What is volumetric weight?

Accepted Answer

Most air SKUs bill max(actual, L×W×H/divisor) with the result in kilograms (the widget shows grams). A puffy jacket is light on the scale and expensive in volume. Geometry only — live money is in https://www.mycnbox.com/estimation/ with destination Poland. The widget uses 35×25×10 cm and 1000 g as a lab habit; your carton will differ. Open https://www.mycnbox.com/estimation/ with destination Poland before you pay freight.

Question 8

Who pays duties into Poland?

Accepted Answer

Kto płaci cło do Polski, wynika ze SKU. Kurier przy Collect może doliczyć opłatę. Źródło: KAS. Cel estymatora: PL z kodem 00-001 Warszawa, nie niemiecki automat paczkowy. Bez zaniżania wartości. Prepaid vs collect is chosen when you submit the parcel, not when you buy the goods. Read the SKU heading and Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa the same morning.
